Policril AD is an acrylic polymer in aqueous dispersion containing carboxylic groups in the chain. Policril AD is a white aqueous dispersion milky with very low viscosity. By raising the pH to values higher than 7.5, the polymer becomes soluble in the aqueous system due to the formation of carboxylate salts, giving rise to a large increase in viscosity.
